Expiration Date
I was fascinated and also skeptical before buying this item due to other buyers experience of short expiry date for the item. Bought it during sale and to my surprise expiry date is one year and 3 months.

Ease Of Use
Delicious flavors, instant energy and easy to transport in a pocket while running long distances. I like that it has a caramel texture. I don’t carry water when running, and I feel like this is effective in helping me stay hydrated. I gave it 4 stars because I liked all the flavors except one.

Outstanding energy!
They work fast and taste good. I am so impressed with this product. Some energy powders I’ve tried make me feel unwell. Feel jittery and get heartburn from them. These energy gels make me feel like exercising and I feel great! No heartburn and no unpleasant side effects at all!! Honestly the best I’ve tried. I’ve tried many!

a quick boost at the aid station
These are a must on long runs and races. I love the new flavors but you must have water available. They have never upset my stomach, give me energy and help me to maintain my blood sugar.
