I had an old cookie sheet that was ready for the trash can as it had lost most all of it's non-stick coating. I kept it on hand as a spare only to be used with parchment paper lining on top in case I needed an extra. I decided to do a little experiment of sorts with some slice and bake cookie dough I had on hand. I put the old non-stick tray and this new Pinnacle baking sheet side by side in the oven and followed the baking instructions, leaving the cookies in for the exact same amount of time, just on the two different baking sheets. I also decided to put one cookie on parchment paper at the top of each tray to see if the bottoms of the cookies turned out any differently. So, as you can hopefully see in the first picture, the cookie at the top of the old tray baked on parchment paper was a bit burnt and the one that baked directly on the old sheet without parchment paper was a gooey mess, half of it was still stuck on the old pan. Conversely, the bottoms of the cookies baked on the Pinnacle baking sheet came out perfectly golden, without a noticeable difference between the one cookie at the top of the picture that was baked on the parchment paper and the other few that were baked directly on the sheet. The second photo is to show you the clean up situation after removing the cookies and obviously, the new sheet is basically perfect, so easy to clean. The other is already in the trash--it has seen it's glory days and has been replaced by these awesome new baking sheets. I love that they are dishwasher safe & heavy duty. I am confident these will definitely support our household cookie cravings for years to come.

I've only used these once but they worked flawlessly. The nonstick worked better than any other baking sheet I've ever used. Clean up was as simple as running water over the residual from cooking dinner and watching it wash right off with zero scrubbing. These Pinnacle baking sheets came 2 per package and are in fact 15.25" x 10.25". They are exactly as described by seller and arrived very quickly. I recommend these to anyone involved in the culinary arts.

We were looking to replace some old baking sheets that had seen much better days. These trays are a great size. The non-stick coating feels pretty good after several washes and it does clean up very easily. My wife had made some baked veggies on them, where bits and pieces get stuck to the tray, but it was super easy to clean up. The actual thickness of the trays themselves feels pretty good, not too thin, and the tabs are large enough that they are easy to grab. I hope that this is helpful.

I'll keep using them, but you can hear them warp while baking. They return to normal once removed from the oven. Otherwise, these are very nice.

The non-stick surface is great! I have had no issues removing baked goods from the pan with a plastic spatula. They wash easily too - just a sponge and dish soap does the trick.
