If you have started to read a book and discovered it hard to understand th this is book is certainly not one of them. It is a book that is helpful, scriptural, and answers questions clearly and to the point. Those who say it's complicated and don't get it, I urge you to read this book. It is one of the most formative books I have ever read. It explains 'why' 'when' and 'what now'. Absolutely well done Brian. I am looking forward to reading more of your books 📚. PLEASE read this book as I am sure you will learn more than you expect.

Found this an easy to understand,helpful, interesting and enlightening guide in preparation for reading the bible which I am now excited to read. I have tried to read the bible many times over the years and failed to complete it due to lack of understanding. This a beautifully written guide and enormously helpful and which I shall refer to time and time again to help me make sense of the bible whilst reading it. I highly recommend it to those who like me struggle to read and understand the bible. Heartfelt and grateful thanks to the author for helping me restart reading the bible of which I am sure I will now read from beginning to end.

Kindle version extremely good and lengthy. Paperback much shorter. I got both thinking they would be the same. The latter is too brief. Shouldn't they be the same? Bit odd.

Simple & easy to read. I would definitely recommend this book... I will continue to use it as a study guide.

Very well written and laid out. very informative. Gives bible references in the text so you can refer to your bible as you read

For each book of the Bible there's a short (often very short) introduction. There's no word about the author. Sometimes we can read something about the context. Finally, it could be nice to use less paper, because there's a lot of "blank". It is nevertheless useful to take notes. Pour chaque livre de la Bible il y a un commentaire qui s'étend sur une page, parfois plus, souvent moins. L'introduction est très générale. On n'aborde pas la composition du chapitre, pas description de l'auteur, de sa vie. Par ailleurs je crois qu'il aurait fallut utiliser moins de papier. Cependant, les nombreux espaces vides peuvent servir à prendre des notes.

Quite disappointing. Apparently, there are 2 versions of the book. The paperback version is short and brief while the kindle version which i believe is the more updated version is more detailed and informative. Publisher should be more transparent about this in the product information in order not to mislead customers. Buyers do take note.

I liked the book and the service was quick

As a beginner in studying the Bible, I think it's very handy. I especially love the keynotes and information about each chapter. However I do not reccomend it as the only recourse of Bible studying. I personally use this along with The Enduring Word

I have placed Bible study guide for beginners kindle edition instead of paperback. Kinldy cancel my order. I have no tablet to use it.
