American Lawn Mower 1725-16GC 16" 7-Blade Reel Mower with Grass Catcher

This is the perfect mower for a grass that you can walk in under 20 minutes. If it is bigger than that I would recommend a wider one. The Mower is well built and comes out of the box really sharp. Assembly is under 10 min. The light weight makes it great for either my wife to use and she likes the blue color. We are recently retired and have taken to this as a sort of exercise routine. The leaf catcher works but you have to make sure it is well snaped on or it will fall off a lot. Also it throws grass to the left so works best if moving around the yard in a clockwise pattern

Works perfect. It's nice and sturdy, blades were nice and sharp. Easy to put together.

Wet satisfied with this product. It is simple to build, works well, and almost puts you in a meditative state by the sound and the feels. My only issue is that when even a small stick gets between 2 blades it can halt suddenly. Easy fix but make sure to remove as many sticks as possible before using. Otherwise a great product. Hell of a cardio/upper body workout to boot.

If you have tree litter at all, twigs and leaves, this one is NOT for you. The blades do not cut through and you'll be stopping every five seconds to unjam the blades. If you have little dents or holes in your yard, this one is NOT for you. It presses the grass down in the dents and leaves chunks of long bits that stick back up in a couple hours. If you have wild flowers, weeds, or tree seedlings, this one is NOT for you. It does not at all cut them, you'll have to hand weed after you mow. It doesn't bother me, BUT this thing is LOUD. Exactly the sound of using the file on the kitchen knife but ten times the volume. If you have one of those as seen on tv lawns in the suburbs, this product would probably be awesome and would cut grass beautifully. Super fast, very light weight so easy to use, takes up very little storage room. Great value for money. BUT those with natural or wild yards DO NOT BUY.

I bought my mower in January and it performs great, but the grass catchment pretty much sucks. The grass goes almost everywhere but in the attachment. And now after a few months have gone bye , the wheels are a little bit sticky and needs to be forced to operate normally.

Well worth the money spent. Very easy to put together (one person). Easy to push, cuts well. Only negative is it takes the removal of bolts to change cutting level. Almost makes cutting the grass enjoyable!

Love the lightness and small footprint. I only have to do the strip between my sidewalk and the street. The bag Catcher is underwhelming, does not work to well. The only major complaint is that it does not move much when pulling backwards and flips up. My old one was about 60. Plus years old and had no problem be pulled backwards. Makes the same sound as my old one. I have it on the highest setting for the 1st few cuts this season. Did not take out the old dandelion stems (see picture) . I did notice the neighbors yard who power mows, that it also missed a few dandelion stems. The second picture shows the crisp cut on the edge. Oh and I like the Powder Blue color !

Opened the box and started to assemble only to find that the upper half of the handle was not included in the box. I submitted a ticket on American Lawn Mower's website and heard no response after 3 business days. So I called their support line and waited through a repetitive and unpleasant recorded message for a few minutes until a support rep finally took my call. Thankfully it only took a minute for him to take down my address and start the process of shipping the parts to my home. I will update once I get a chance to actually use the mower, but so far the experience has been subpar. EDIT: the handle that was shipped to me was not the same style of handle that this mower is supposed to come boxed with, and there were no instructions included on how to attach this nee handle to the mower, and searching the internet, even with product UPC codes, got absolutely no results. I figured it out eventually and the push mower works fine, but the road to get here was surprsingly unpleasant and frustrating. Next time I'll just buy one in-person at a store so I can see for myself what I'm actually buying.

Bin mit dem Rasenmäher sehr zufrieden, würde wieder kaufen.

Didn't work well for me. Missing grass and poor performance. Not value for money.
