Horrible device
I've had this device for almost 30 days and for one it was hard to open and load the paper just to take the screen off the front not only that I have to return it because they would never approve my account for some reason I could never get a representative to process my approval account so I just bought the device and can't use it. You do have to be able to get an account and so I don't know why they won't give me an account. I don't have a business that shouldn't have been approved I'm in retail clothing the app would never allow me to download my business forms I tried via email. It was run by a bot that kept asking the forms over and over I uploaded my forms 6 times before I gave up and when I talked to someone in customer service they would say my account is being looked at but it was never process to use so I could use the device horrible and stressful experience it just won't they wanna approve my account and the customer service is horrible so it can get approved payments beware

Works well.
Works as it should. Just need to be sure to pair it to your phone every time you use it. As a nonprofit, we don't use it every day..

ZERO stars would be my actual review if it allowed that. DO NOT BUY THIS. The product did not work. Customer service was absolutely worthless. Never got it to work, never got help from their customer service, automated IT customer service bot that sends a message that the service request was sent to the next level and then no response EVER. DO NOT PURCHASE

Easy to use, beautiful design, signup not instant
I absolutely love my new card reader! I was hesitant to buy based on some other reviews, but I am so glad I did! Signup isn't instant, but customer service was really helpful and I got set up in about 2 days.
