I am not obese or anything, i have loose skin and mild fat around my belly and chest. It does the job well for me, fits me correctly as well. Finally i can wear all of my t shirts which I abandoned because my nipples would show (kind of embarrassing)

It's good and fit is correct as per the size guide on the image. I would say it's like a lycra tight vest. It does make you feel supported on your chest and belly, and tucks in the belly a little bit, but not much. I am going to try sharperluv.com because they having 3 x for 100 AED now plus shipping from USA/China.

Outstanding option for compression and support! I've tried a few of these types of shirts, most recently the one that rhymes with 'paper dove', and these are superior, in my opinion. They have a denser fabric that isn't scratchy and feel smoother like a high quality material. I recently lost some weight and have a little flab and loose belly, these shirts pull me in and help flatten me out. Highly recommend!
