Excellent, high quality components and kit. Warning parts are extremely small and fiddly and the soldering requires a fine bit and a steady hand. Worked first time but shame a battery not included in the kit - probably because of regulations regarding posting lithium batteries. Setting instructions could have been a lot clearer but got it eventually. Don't try assembling the case until you have completed the clock and are ready to put it together as a Rubik's cube is child's play compared to the case assembly. Very enjoyable 3 hours putting it all together, not bad for a pensioner more used to valves!

Bought this as a kit project for a larger clock I'm making and a digital display seemed perfect.Definitely not for someone with no solder experience but I have virtually none and despite convincing myself it wouldn't work, I put it together in about 4 hours and it worked perfectly!So long as your solder connections don't short circuit between them, it'll be fine. Definitely pleased.Instructions wise, there's just a schematic that only people with electronic knowledge could probably decipher but I found a few YouTube videos building similar models and followed and adapted those and got on just fine.If you know the difference between a capacitor and a resistor, you'll be just fine.

I had left the kit unopened in a drawer for 18 months before getting around to building it, but it proved to be an excellent kit which worked perfectly after completion and looks good too. The case, as mentioned by others, is a bit tricky until I had watched a you-tube video to identify the parts, then it proved to be simple. Ensure the thermistor is soldered with enough lead length to reach the cut-out in the case. IC insertion also proved a bit tricky, prior insertion into a breadboard would have helped to align the pins with the socket.

Pretty easy to assemble the components. Worked ok first time. Easy to set up. Instructions were ok, needed reading few times. Resistors were labeled so easy to identify. Date setup needed month, day and then day of the week (not week). The day of the week is a number 1 to 7. I used 1 for Monday. The case was a big puzzle. Used the pictures in the Amazon ad to help a little. A diagram of the location of the pieces would be a great help. I found that taking off the case top and back together then the 5v end was the best way of getting the internals in and out.

Bought as a birthday present for a 13 year old. He managed to put together the electronics with no trouble and worked first time. As per other reviews, putting together the case is a bit fiddly but ok with a little patience.

fun kit to make.Cheep pcb. had to use some jumper wire to make it work.not good for begginer.

The instructions are very limited. I had to watch a YouTube video instead. Clock barely worked when built but that could be my own fault.

Ottimo circuito. Dopo il montaggio ha funzionato subito e bene. Tuttavia non e' per persone inesperte. Una pecca minima se proprio si vuole e' nello schema non tanto completo di informazioni, ad esempio non viene indicato il modello preciso della batteria al litio che serve per il mantenimento delle impostazioni in caso di mancanza di corrente. A tal proposito ho chiesto delucidazioni al venditore e sono in attesa di risposta. Comunque visto il prezzo irrisorio e' veramente ottimo.

Petit kit d'horloge numérique a monter soi même. Tous les éléments nécessaires sont fourni avec, néanmoins il vous faudra avoir un minimum de connaissance et quelques outil ( fer a souder, ohmmetre, multimètre).Une fois monter, il fait son petit effet, un filtre est même fourni pour adoucir la luminosité.Attention, montage assez difficile, bien reperer avant de souder et commencer par les plus petites pièces afin de ne pas être gêner par après.

A monter, donc patience et minutie. Idéal pour apprendre à souder. Très bien pour un ado avec l aide d un adulte patient. Et la satisfaction d utiliser cette petite horloge : fierté du petit bricoleur

Quand il fonctionne c'est parfais. Mais pour arriver en faire fonctionner un seul j'ai dû en acheter trois. Du coût pas très fiable.

un super petit kit ,facile a assembler,fonctionne parfaitement et un super renduje recommandebemol ; la notice ,,,???? , en anglais et peu explicite,faud quand meme avoir quelques bases en electronique

pour changer un composant pas conforme ou ne fonctionnant pas, il faut en acheter deux exemplaires, un pour dépanner l'autre !Après étude et montage, je ne conseillerai pas l'assemblage à des débutants de lycée par exemple .

Bonjour,Un bon petit kit a faire soit même, très simple a monter, la notice est bien expliquer et imagé.

J'ai cassé le support qui tient le petit composant à 8 pattes en essayant de le dessouder parce qu’il était soudé à l'envers...Sans exagération, j'ai passé 15 minutes à utiliser une pompe à dessouder (je n'avais rien d'autre) sur le truc pour l'enlever mais impossible de le faire partir du coup j'ai tiré et ça a casser les pattes...

la notice de montage n'est pas en français et elle est mal imprimée...A revoirtrès vitemercimerci merci
