Great product if used with care... lot of negative reviews which can be justified if not used with care. I watch many YouTube tutorials before unboxing - you search slush puppy machine tutorial and you’ll find all you need to know. Things you need to know: 1) Buy the correct syrup - get slush puppy machine syrup (some syrup For snow cone only), does not have to be made by slush puppy as expensive, can use alternative. 2) Watch YouTube tutorials. 3) Be gentle when unclipping the aluminium container from the plastic surround when placing it in the freezer for 30 mins then placing and clipping back into the plastic surround, making sure the clips line up. 4) When adding ice and salt into the inner chamber note that THE ICE, WATER & SALT CONTENTS DO NOT ENTER INTO THE SLUSH MIX. The slush mix is poured into the front chamber. 5) Add the correct measure of slush mix with water in measuring jug and pour into the correct chamber (front chamber). 6) Leave to run for around 30mins - adding ice and salt to the INNER CHAMBER AS NEEDED WHEN LEVEL DROPS. 7) When slush is clearly formed switch to dispense and pour out your tasty slushy using the pour handle. Yes the machine is noisy but the kids don’t care. However they do enjoy the slushy that is produced. Get them to help you but I would advise adult supervision as using this machine incorrectly could cause malfunction and or breakage! You could on the other hand buy a more industrial version used in cafes and the like but that would set you back well over a grand (even for a second hand one). I paid however £30 for mine from Mankind - 5 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

We read the instructions several times and on Christmas day gave it a shot. It didn't work, the instruction weren't specific enough. So I turned to YouTube for specific instructions and that is when we made the most perfect slush! My Daughter was over the moon. Great machine, does what it says on the tin, although the juices are quite expensive as you are using almost a full bottle of syrup for 1 litre, that doesn't last long when you have three children.

This item was purchased by a father (me) as a birthday gift for my 6 year old daughter. I live in Australia and my daughter in Scotland. It failed to work. Thankfully I am able to return and hopefully get a refund. These things happen however the reports I received by the mother was of a major disappointment for my little girl. She was so excited to have her own slushy machine. As you can imagine for me to let my little girl down by getting a gift that doesn’t work, is very frustrating. It’s difficult enough for this to then happen. Amazon UK is my preference to purchase gifts for my daughter. I was also advised by the mother it cost her £14 in syrups etc. Which are now useless as we have now, no intention of getting another ine

A lot of negative reviews. This product does sometimes jam whilst mixing as the mix gets thicker and colder, but a wiggle normally sorts it. As long as you follow the instructions and the 'please read' paper insert you wont have an issue. may take about 10 mins longer to mix than stated. Using the official 'Slush Puppie' syrups - I use less syrup than stated. I use 140ml of syrup and top up with water to 1 Litre. This still provides enough flavour and not so overpowering. The 1 litre mix (max capacity) will make 4 cups, and a little left over, if you use the official 'Slush Puppie' paper cups (sold separately). I gave it 4 stars due to it jamming occasionally - this is most likely due to the motor and plastic quality. But I have enjoyed many a slush this summer :-)

This product has become frequently used recently in the heat and has proven it’s worth. A great product to have at home for when the family or friends visit. Comes with very easy to read instructions and links to reference videos and instructional videos. Providing you follow the instructions, your guaranteed a great tasting slush that actually is slush and not frozen liquid or watery. It’s the right balance when done right. I only wish it was bigger so I could hold more in as I go through these like nothing. Once it’s all gone, I’m required to start the process again which can take half an hour or so but for a non commercial unit I cannot complain about volume as I wouldn’t want a huge slush machine having to be permanently placed in my kitchen. It can be noisy so if your someone who likes to converse, put the machine somewhere away from you as you will have to amp up your volume to speak. Easy to clean also and again has instructions on how to do so. The product breaks right down to a easy to store size. Keep the box and put it away. Or if you are going to use it regularly, keep it out and set up. Overall a great product to add something different in terms of “Fancy a drink?”

Bought this fur my grandson and thought it would be a breeze to operate. The instructions are a little confusing but maybe that’s just me. It takes a little time to make for the whole family but tastes good. Would I buy it again -well he’s happy but it’s a little too expensive

Not sure why people have issues with this. Was worried at first but you just have to follow the instructions and keep an eye on it when it's doing its thing. Made them 3 times now and each time they get better as I've slightly adjusted and added the amount of ice that goes in, added as you go and syrup/water ratio. Not hard at all and the slush is so much better than we thought it would be. Both kids and adults like it and everyone whos tasted is a fan. Loud but what do you expect when it's pretty much cheaply made blender/mixer that is just branded with slush puppy. Still works better than I thought and good for the money, the end result and the look on the faces of the kids having slush whenever they want

Rapport qualité prix rien à redire, petit bémols machine un peut bruyante. Il y a un livret avec les quantités d’eau et de sirop à mettre, mais pour ceux qui veulent plus ou moins sucré à vous de jauger votre sirop!!! Je m’en suis servie tout l’été, au top!!!

La maquina va perfecta, aunque se tiene que tener en cuenta que vale 70€, por lo cual no es una máquina profesional, va muy bien, hace ruido pero bo muy exagerado, se tarda aprox unos 30-35 mins en hacer todo, preparacion y funcionamiento, el enchufe es de Inglaterra, por lo cuál tienes que comprar un adaptador que te vale 5-6€ en amazon. Recomiendo que para que te quede mas cremoso congeles el recipiente de aluminio unos 5 mins antes de empezar mientas preparas la mezcla de sirope y agua, para eso intenta que sea 75% agua 15% sirope y nunca sobrepases mas de la mitad de la maquina en sirope, es mejor que hagas 2 veces el granizado que llenes todo y no te funcione.

Well let’s just start but saying this is a great machine but if you want sluripree like seven eleven then this is not what you want see there Are two kinds of slurpee machines if you grew up in the 80’s then you know this this is a slushee machine it comes out some what wateree a slurpee is more firm and less wateree you would look up slurpee machine not slushee machine It makes them just like the big machine at the local mart not like seven eleven!

Points à prévoir: - Besoin de beaucoup de sel et de glaçons : Assurez-vous d’avoir une grande quantité de glaçons, de préférence faits maison, car les machines à glaçons standard peuvent ne pas suffire. - Nettoyage : Le nettoyage est un peu contraignant, mais cela reste un détail mineur au regard du plaisir qu’elle procure. - Problèmes avec le mécanisme : J’ai parfois eu des difficultés avec le mécanisme de la cuve qui se coince. Je devais le faire tourner à l’envers pour le décoller, ce qui faisait un bruit inquiétant au début. Je ne sais pas si c’est lié à ma gestion ou à la conception de la machine, mais cela m’a un peu perturbé. Conclusion: La Slush Puppie Slushie Maker est une excellente machine pour préparer des slushies maison, à condition de bien gérer la préparation des glaçons et d’accepter quelques ajustements lors de l’utilisation. Mis à part les soucis de nettoyage et le mécanisme qui peut coincer, c’est un produit que je recommande pour le plaisir de faire des slushies à la maison.
