How long is heater 200w heater?

The heater itself and the protective cage only 11.5” Length 1.5 “ square protective cage

The heater lights switch between red and green every couple of seconds and it does not appear to be heating the water in my tank. Defective?

This may be happening because the unit is not secure or deep enough in the tank. Check those things and see if you get a solid light.

I have had this heater since 2020, its worked fine but now is flashing HH. Does anyone know what that means?

Mine also blinks HH. Thermometer says temp is fine at 79 where I set it. I did notice it's not recommended for acrylic tanks. Didn't see that when I ordered it.

Where does the rubber grommets attach to?
