Can i draw on them or are they glossy?

Yes, you can draw on them. But they leak at the bottom near the seem of the cup. That’s why I returned them.

They are not and also not 3oz. Poor quality. Do not buy.

Are these paper or are they waxed?

It feels like it is very lightly waxed. If you let liquids sit in the cup it will soak through eventually.
