I purchased these 1kg weights to use whilst following workout routines online to make the workout just that little bit harder and help tone my arm muscles at the same time.I'm a complete workout beginner so I opted for the 1kg weights as I didn't want to push myself too hard too soon and cause injury.These have been great. They're enough to provide that bit extra weight so I can feel my muscles getting a workout but not too heavy that they cause strain. I love the neoprene material they are made of as it is really comfortable to hold and I don't feel like I'm losing grip on them even when I work up a sweat. Love the funky colour too.These 1kg weights are approximately 15cm in length and the middle section that you hold is around 9cm in circumference which I find to be really good. I'm only 5ft and have quite small hands so I wouldn't want the middle any thicker or i would struggle to hold it comfortably.I may move on to a heavier dumbbell as I get stronger but for now these are fabulous and providing good results, they're also very reasonably priced to which is a bonus.

I had to use these a couple of times, before reviewing them. I bought the 1 kilo neon pink set. I already have a full set of Dumbbells. None below 2kilo's. They arrived quite promptly. We're well packaged. I was pleasantly surprised. My older set, are more for use with gloves. As they have a smooth, slippery surface. For excersize classes, these seem to have a nice grip. They are made of a sort of, slightly textured material. So they don't slip. They are a really bright pink, easy to use and grip. The ends are not too wide. In fact, l would highly recommend them. I looked around the large class. I had the prettiest pair. Of Dumbells! I might buy the next size up. l would have to be careful though. I don't want to end up looking like H Man. Because these are compact, they are easy to fit into any suitable bag. Also, l consider them to be, good value for the money. If you are working out. Go for these.

Partiamo dal presupposto che mi intendo poco, ho sempre praticato sport senza utilizzare dei pesi. Ho iniziato da poco e mi serviva qualche manubrio per gli allenamenti a casa. Dopo aver letto molte recensioni ho trovato che questi manubri potevano fare al caso mio, anche per la qualità prezzo. E ne sono soddisfatta.
