why is it called multi? Is it white?

Yes it is white. It’s “multi“ because it can be used with multiple mediums. For example It was originally used for printing with graphic design, but while working on my bachelors degree, in art, one of my professors introduced it to me for watercolor painting. I love it!

They have 11x14 and a smaller size.

You can use alcohol 70 to 91% to clean yupo paper.

Can I use this in a laser printer to print and image to watercolor?

Do you mean Yupo Paper? No you should not use it in a printer as it will most likely run, smear or smudge easily. This is not paper but a piece of "plastic" that does not absorb anything. It is used mostly with actual watercolors so the paint can evaporate and dry on the surface.
