Great quality
These are great quality and a good consistency of cranberry supplements. They are about 1cm by 0.5cm in size and a gel like pods.I started taking them after using the website takecareof (try searching for it in your favourite search engine) which told me which supplements I should take and in what amount. I’ve been taking one a day for about a year now and these (in combination with many other supplements reccomended by takecareof) have made a real difference to my life. Plus if you subscribe and save on everything you can save 15% on each order.The benefits of cranberry are well known, it’s been used for years to help prevent urinary tract infections, has a correlation to reducing cancer and is high in antioxidants which help reduce free radicals in your body.These supplements are a great quality and high potency option that if you’re in the market for a cranberry option you should definitely give a try, the one other option is the slightly higher potency option from bulk powders (but those are much larger and harder to swallow).

I was suffering from at least one urine infection a month. I take two of these tablets a day and I have not had one for 5 months since I started taking them! I reduced it down to 1 a day and now I take them only a couple of times a week and still get no urine infections.

im a disabled/wheelchair young woman 50 ha ha well its true anyway for years iv suffered uti’s so i thought id try them and no good if u have poorly bladder dont take them flooded is not the word it was like turning tap on but cant turn off

Prevents water infections
