This was a purchase to use for my mother’s full time sitters to use, allowing them to see when she is getting up or moving around. The picture on it is incredible, even overnight when the lights are turned off. The comfort that it brings to me and her sitters, knowing they can get to her as soon as she may need them, is beautiful. There was a small issue with the cord that prevented the battery from recharging. Customer service answered my email within the hour, giving me tips to try as well as sending out a replacement part. BEAUTIFUL!! I am so busy, and the fact that they were so responsive and willing to take of the concerns seamlessly.....PRICELESS! Thank you.

I purchased this last week , following others reviews based on it and got it for a great deal ! and I can’t find one bad thing to say about it . It is very clear great picture awesome battery life has a lot of functions on it and I also purchased the universal stand for the moony baby to put it on the pack n play which makes it real nice to see the baby close , we are moving ans don’t want to mount it on the wall just yet . Great product !

I bought this because my other $250 Samsung Camera died on me after only 10 months of use. It came the very next day which was super helpful. This is a no frills camera but does the job! My FAVORITE feature is the VOX / ECO mode. This allows the monitor to shut off and it also shuts off the audio and will turn on when the baby cries (you have the ability to adjust the noise sensitivity level). For me this feature is HUGE so I can sleep soundly at night and not have to hear the music playing or the tossing and turning. There is not a lot of monitors that offer this option. Highly recommend this product! Update to my review a year later: excellent and fast customer service! I needed a replacement charger and they replied very quickly and was able to help me out immediately. Thank you!

I absolutely love this monitor, it has so many options that I didn’t know I would need as a mom. Video is excellent, volume is great, love love love that I get a temp reading, and I never get any interruption like I did with the summer infant. I believe battery life is just a pain with these monitors, it does drain decently fast, BUT it is still way way better than any other monitor I have had. So I truly believe this was a great purchase and I don’t regret it at all. If I were to buy another one I would absolutely want the same one with this company.

I keep several breeding pairs of pet birds in a small building adjacent to my home. This monitor allows me to visually observe one or two pairs (depending on placement) and to be able to hear all of them. I can watch for nesting and mating behavior or see if a particular pair is getting along as they should. This is important because when I enter the building, they change their normal behavior due to my presence. I do occasionally orient the camera vertically so I can get an angle on two cages at once, and view by holding the monitor vertically as well. The night vision works well and I periodically check the monitor to see if all is peaceful. I have seen pairs go into their nestboxes to sleep which I previously had not known were doing so. It is also nice to have a display of the current temperature so I can know if I need to adjust it. I also sometimes use the voice feature to speak to the birds, although the mysterious disembodied voice seems to unnerve of them. The lullabies are a little loud for the small space and also seem to confuse and startle the birds. This monitor system is exactly what I needed for my (unusual) purposes.

The monitor did stop working and I got in contact with customer service and they instantly sent me a new one. I am so excited to have such amazing customer service and be back to having a monitor that works. Thank so much to Nick! I love the eco mode---really helps me to not stare at it all the time and only have it come on when my daughter wakes up.

We used this video monitor when my brother in law came home after a TBI. We were able to monitor him while still taking care of other requirements. The talk back function was very helpful to communicate also. The camera produced a great picture and the monitor held a good charge. The power cord became stopped charging the monitor but the MooneyBaby customer service took care of the issue quickly and was very responsive. I highly recommend this monitor!

I really like the product, BUT I do have a couple issues with it. 1. When it starts to get dark out, the night vision doesn't kick on for a while. That makes it very hard to see what my child is doing in her crib. 2. The battery life is crap. Im not sure if I messed it up or if it's just crap in general. The monitor takes just as long to charge as it does to die. Which is about 5 hours or so. It wouldn't be a problem if I could trust it would last through the night. And I guess you're not supposed to plug it in until it's practically dead so there's that.. Edit: the charger is now broken, I have to position it just right to make it charge. And the monitor is getting worse (its been 6 months since I bought this). I'm finally able to take it off the charger and 2 hours later its beeping at me to put it back on. I turn it off and back on, it has 2 bars again 🤔 not sure if I should just get new monitor with camera or get a new system all together..
