Effective, good quality, boost your immune system

Good for health

Very good product in overall. It has a mix of MANY but many herbs(mostly from India) that boost your immune system. It comes in capsules of average size. Do not smell or taste bad. Do not burn your stomach. It is not pricey and do not interact with other medicines. I never had any secondary effects (not expert opinion, based on my own personal experience). I used to take it with Source Naturals Mushroom Immune Defense or alone just to alternate one month with the herbs and the other with the mushrooms. I'm not taking it anymore because I decided to stick only with Mushroom Immune Defense. Not because it doesn't works, just because with mushrooms I take only 2 and with Immuno Care you take like 6 capsules per day. That would be the only problem with this herbal health care. Not only bothers me to take so many pills per day but also the bottle do not last for this reason. I plan to take it again but not too often. In this way my body do not get use to this herbs or to the mushrooms.Just in case they lose effect after your body get use to it (if that makes sense). I recommend this product as another good source for health care. I have tried the same one but liquid. It is very good too and taste like mint. But very expensive in comparison with the same product in capsules. About the seller: they send me the package on time and well wrapped. No complaints whatsoever. .

I get terrible allergies during springtime. It is pretty bad because I start sneezing non stop from the moment I wake up, which leaves me disoriented and pretty much non functional while I am rubbing my eyes with one hand and blowing my nose with the other. My allergies would take a break around noon and return with a vengeance it the evening. I was on anti histamines daily, none of the non drowsy formulas would work on me though. I gave these capsules a try, and it worked like a charm! I took two capsules each in the morning and evening for about two weeks. I did not have any of those allergies while I was on this treatment or after I stopped them. Every once in a while if I feel my nose starting to feel a little itchy I pop one of these capsules in and all's good...not a sneeze! This might not be a permanent solution, but I finally found something that works for my allergies that is non drowsy and I am ready to tackle the next springtime. I am finally a fully functioning human, free of allergies and not a sneezing sleep walking zombie anymore!!

Good value, fast delivery and helps against getting a cold every season.

I had severe rag-weed allergies for the last couple of years. Last year I tried Zyrtec, Claritin and Wal-zyr (Walgreens generic version of Zyrtec). While Wal-zyr seemed to control the symptoms of my seasonal allergies, it caused slight drowsiness and I was not able to concentrate on anything I did. This year my allergy symptoms flared up again at the onset of fall. Regular OTC medicines were not working. I tried NOW Quercetin+Bromelain - that did not work either. So, I contacted an Ayurvedic doctor and he suggested Himalaya Immunocare capsules. He asked me to take 2 capsules, 3 times a day for first 15 days. Then later continue with 2 caps, 2 times a day for next 15 days. Trust me, by the 1st week of taking these caps, I felt a clear relief from stuffiness and runny nose. I did have sneezing early in the morning. But all the after effects - like runny nose, blocked nasal passages, itchy eyes have all disappeared now. Above all, I am able to get good sleep all through the night. I'm really thankful to my doctor for suggesting this medication. I'm sure I will come back to order this product next spring and fall (though I really hope I may not have to). Thanks a ton Himalaya.

I can always tell the difference when I don't have this to take for my system. The digestive tract is off and sinuses act up to a point of infection. Have been using this for over a year now and it works great for me and significant other. Would recommend, if only it could keep in stock as I use subscribe and save for this item.

This supplement is good if taken every day. It helps build immunity. I remember my grandmother making a concoction with ginger, tulsi , aamla plus honey during winter to help fight cough and colds. This is same good stuff but packaged in a capsule for convenience. My wife uses public transportation - trains and subway in New York City and needed supplement to help buildup immunity. She also has asthma so it makes the matter even worse. This supplement is helping her tremendously.
