is it suitable to shape my eyebrow

The area that tweezes is about 1 cm long so its perfect for in between your brows and stray ones at the ends but I think you'll still need to shape with tweezers to make them neat. I think it would just strip your eyebrow unless you were very very careful. I hope that helps.

Why does the battery not work the machine at full power even though new? Eats up batteries like sweets!

I have purchased several of these machines and l find the same problem with each one. They work brilliantly when new but seem to lose power and performance very quickly. Once this happens you think okay, time to change the battery. But changing the battery has very little effect and you don’t seem to be able to get the device to work at 100% ever again. So in short it’s how l find this device to be and the only remedy is to by a new one and start again.

Website says this product comes with a 2 pin uk plug but reviews seem to say uses only batteries so not rechargeable? Is website wrong?

The product I ordered is battery operated, battery was included but no 2 pin plug was mentioned when I was looking to purchase. The battery is not a recharge one.
