I walked all over Europe with a bad hip with one of the poles. They are easy to use and they hold their height well. I’m 5’5” and heavy so they took a lot of pressure. The only thing I did not like was that the rubber end wore out on both of them (lots of concrete) making them prone to sliding. But that shouldn’t happen on trails.
