I purchased this after I had broken down after getting a tune up and a generous man at the gas station I asked him if he had cables he said “I have better” he also explained how all his kids have this too, so of course I had to return my AutoZone battery charger and purchased this baby #grateful

I read through the one star reviews and found them very entertaining. Most of the problems people had were because of their lack of knowledge. I've had mine for quite a while now. Once you understand how the electronics work, this thing is amazing. When you press the button and it shows 4 bars. That's not for the jumpstart part of the box. Plug in to charge it and when it's done blinking, it's done charging. After hooking this up to the car, press the button on the cable module to reset it. Give it a couple minutes before trying it. I've jumped a completely dead dual battery monster diesel, 2 golf carts, my motorcycle, and a work truck off of a single charge. It does take a very long time for a full charge. 2 days the last time with a super fast charger for my cell. This actually my second one. First one I got for Christmas and got busted up from a fan blade. Be careful where ya put it when ya start the car. Lol. I threw out a junk Dewalt jump box that lasted less than a year. This unit is still running strong. After all this time it doesn't jump as well. I can usually get 2 completely dead car batteries to start before charging it. Anyone that posts a one star review on this product should take it to their local mechanic and request lessons on using it correctly. For a tow truck to come jump start a car around here is $100+. This is a no brainer.

like any insurance- seems waste of money as you do not use as it sets in the carbut then U or a friends has a dead car and you CAN SAVE THE DAY

I ordered one for our vehicle and another for our daughter. So far we are pleased except for the fact that the one shipped from Illinois came with a case, the one shipped from Texas with no case. I realize this doesn't determine the usefulness of the product. It would be nice if a case could be purchased separately for the one we received.

We purchase this item on January 3, 2024 in case we needed to use it to jump start our vehicles. We had no use for the product until today February 4, 2024. We followed the instructions and charge the product to 100% then proceeded to use the product. Once we plugged it to the battery to jump start our vehicle it indicated it had a 0% charge. We proceeded to charge the product once again to 100% and try it once more. And once again we tried to jumped start our vehicle and indicated a had 0% charge. We contacted support to see if we could resolve the issue, nothing seemed to resolve the problem. We most likely got a defected item and it is over 30 days and we are not able to replace it or return it. So upsetting. We are out of the cost of this product and left with a defective item. Do not purchase this item and if you do, make sure you use it immediately as it might not work and you'll have that chance to have it replaced or returned. Very unsatisfied customer..

Works great and. Fast, and stats charged for a long time don't drain the battery on the box quick

I like the power and the compact design. It’s perfect for my use.
