Stainless steel non coated
Amazing pan , does seem to leave marks after cooking but nothing that affects the performance. This is my first stainless steel pan and I didn’t want to buy a cheap one . After watching a lot of videos I found that oil is your friend with stainless and making sure the pan has heated up before throwing the meat on . So far I’ve cooked chicken breast , steak , bacon and eggs and not one things has stuck. When cooking meat if it’s stuck it means it’s not ready to flip . Steak and chicken will loosen itself when it’s ready . I’m using on a glass hob which is a pain itself as you don’t have the control over the heat but with a bit of testing I’ve found medium to medium high heat works best. After each use I let the pan cool down and clean with soapy warm water then dry and apply a thin layer of olive oil with a bit of kitchen roll ready for next time . I’m happy with my purchase and would purchase again without hesitation

Excellent product. Back to stainless steel as free from the nasties coming of coated pans. I have many of Le Creuset Enamel casserole sets 30 years old and still good. AMB

My dream pan- finally, got to have it!
I already cooked with it, food tasts amazing after being sautéed in it! I did a veggies and chicken soup- had the chicken lean meat from a previously boiled chicken, had the stock ftom it as well, and I just needed my chopped onions and red peppers sautéed, as well as the other veggies ( a carrot, green peas, baby corn and broccoli small bag from Tesco). All these went on the big pot where I put all cooked and seasoned veggies with the chicken meat, milk and a spoon of salted butter and brought to boil. After simmering for about 10 minutes, you can eat it as it is with croutons or with soda bread and there is an option to purée everything. Anyway, with freshly crushed peppercorns and parsley we had a lovely winter dish, and a healthy one as well.

Finally can cook correctly on induction
Got the 28cm version. Induction hob user (not by choice), often had the issue of uneven cooking, that's gone since I got 3-ply Le Creuset. I've thrown out most of my pans and this became my daily driver with it's little brother, the coated 24cm version. This I can use on higher heat settings, get even and crispy results. Really easy to clean and the extra handle does help a lot. It heats up really fast, very easy to cook with but also needs less heat to be used as it gets hot really fast and keeps the warmth well. Probably will outlast me... and the next generation. It's often on sale but does worth the full price easy.

Really good pan
Im really enjoying cooking with this pan, size is perfect for most of the things I cook, quality is great and it has worked perfectly. Of course you need to know how to use this kind of pan, if not it will be a nightmare, it needs to be hot and oiled before putting any ingredients that way food will not stick (not that much oil needed just a really light layer). Even if something sticks, cleaning is easy as you can use any type of sponge and nothing will happen. (Like the stainless steel scourers)

Either faulty or fake. Not LE-CREUSET usual quality
I have numerous LE-CREUSET frying pans which work well once seasoned correctly. This one however failed miserably on first use. Seasoned as per instructions and as per previous pans. First use and everything stuck like glue. 2 days of soaking and scrubbing it finally cleaned up. Not sure how it could be faulty but was useless and certainly couldn’t recommend

Excellent
Great. Use it as directed, preheating some oil in it, wiping it out and starting again with fresh oil. Cook as normal. Nothing sticks, but you get that proper cooked taste, rather than bacon that has steamed instead of fried. Best of all, no nonstick means no PTFEs leaking into your food, and the pan will last for ever. These Le Creuset Tri ply pans are a lifetime purchase, and they will last that lifetime and be handed down to the next generation.

Fantastica
