This is such a good watch, I have used it continually and it does your blood pressure well. It also monitors this, which is really handy on the hawelli app. First class watch.

My second Huawei watch after failing to kill one of their cheapies over the last couple of years. This is a premium wearable and despite its size - very comfortable on the wrist. All features are solid - GPS accurate, movement detection spot on etc, however, the sleep monitoring is as sketchy as every other watch I've worn. It won't recognise I'm awake in the night unless I have to get up for the loo but as said, every watch I've worn has displayed that issue.Anyway, the BP monitoring was what attracted me to this product after the GP asked me to monitor possible high blood pressure. I presented 2 weeks worth of data from the watch and was scoffed at by my GP - who then flapped as she tried 3 of the surgery BP monitors in an attempt to disprove my figures. After 5 readings we did one together Watch D on left wrist and cuff on right arm - they were only 5mm/hg different so she conceded defeat (and immediately put me on blood pressure medication 😩).In happier news - 70 odd excersizes recognised and accurate GPS means you can see your jogging routes in great detail. The 7 day battery life appears about right and the construction appears up to the job so all in all I'd say this is well worth the money asked

Bought this to ship to the USA. Not available here except on eBay via China direct. Thought that would be a return nightmare if needed. Got just like new to save money. It wasn't. No paperwork included. Can get online though. Watch would not pump enough to take a blood pressure reading no matter what I tried, and, I have no problem following instructions. The watch over all looked good on my wrist and felt comfortable. I was able to download the Huawei app and then the health app. Compared to the Garmin I have now it was cartoonish though. If the blood pressure had worked that would have been ok. Was hoping ECG would work but it didn't have that ability in the app as I am in USA. Not sure how that is controlled since the app comes from China as a direct download and the hardware is already on the phone. I was told by a Chinese seller to use Huawei phone. Looks like ecg is now certified in Europe. Probably never in USA. My Garmin provides it but not BP. Too bad I was hoping for more from this item. The bad just like new made it all the worse as I think that was the issue...don't know how that gets checked. Even considered buying a new bladder but they are not available anywhere online.UPDATE. I have been messing with this watch since I received it. I really want the BO function to work. That's why I got it. Nothing I try works. Including trying it on someone else withe the correct smaller band. Still won't work. Tested the bags and neither leak. The message says inflation issue. All points to a problem inside the watch itself. That means Amazon returns put a damaged product back out for sale "like new." It's not just how it looks. It doesn't work correctly and that's not like new! The only good part of this deal was shipping was cheap. But to ship the not working not like new product back would cost be over half the cost of the item purchase price. That makes this a less than one star review. Shame on Amazon. Like new doesn't mean like new!

I upgraded from the Hauwei Fit watch which I really liked. I bought this one because of the upgraded health features. This seems to be fairly accurate with blood pressure, having checked it with a standard machine. Skin temperature monitoring is constant, working in the background. That too, seems accurate although I didn't cross check it. I was disappointed that the ECG doesn't work in my area. Overall, it is a good solid watch with great features. That said, for the more than £200 additional for this watch over my last one, I'm not convinced that the additional cost was worth it, not only because the ECG does not work. I had written to Hauwei asking them to allow blood pressure to be manually added on the app, like weight is now. For me, that would have been an easy solution. I'll keep my watch but if you have any of the other Hauwei watches and you are satisfied with them, I would not recommend upgrading. Update: Now the clasp on the watch band will not close.

Really happy with the Huawei D smartwatch was looking for a watch that could do my blood pressure and this is perfect. Tested it against a traditional blood pressure tester and this has very close results.

I purchased Watch-D (with high hopes) and examined it for a week, and I had to return it. I followed the instruction to the letter numerous times, and it always showed significantly higher BP than medical devices. I have hypertension and I purchased this to monitor my situation, then I noticed (in the small prints) that if you have any BP abnormality, this device is no good, which defeats the purpose. So if you BP is already fine and you have £320 to spare, then go ahead, buy this. Mind you, other features of this device are fine, and the watch is sturdy and nice, but the main purpose of this device is BP monitoring which I am afraid it fails.
