I was having all sorts of problems so I ended up trying Epson genuine ones. They work fairly well but I still occasionally get an alert saying non compatible product so I have to reposition one of the cartridges. They also don't work very well on thicker paper, whereas the cheaper ones did, they also don't work when I enlarge things and smudge the paper. I can't say I am over impressed for the extra cost.
