In a word... Perfect!
Ordered yesterday, received today and already I can't do without it. Just perfect for smaller portions. Made cashew sour cream from the Ellen Fisher ebook, smooth and creamy. If you have the 64oz container and don't use your vitamix as much as you would like, don't hesitate in buying this 32oz beauty!

I give 2 stars because of the price
I got a vitamix about 5 years ago and my old jug was well used and got discoloured so I needed to replace it. I don't think the price of £170+ just for a jug was justified and if I didn't buy it I would have had to throw away my machine and that was not going to happen. The price for the jug is a rip off.

great item - better than original vitamix jar
I have the original vitamix jar; ordered this as I wanted a separate jar for making my dog's food; its actually better than my original jar; smaller (you never use all of the original large vitamix jar, or extreamly infrequently anyhow; the lid also fits on much much better than the original one

Ich habe den Aufsatz für Dinge wie Mandelmus, Dips und Hummus gekauft, da mir der Größe Becher dafür zu groß erschien. Die Rechnung ging auf. Das Mandelmus aus 300g blanchierten Mandeln wird super zart und cremig. Ich mache zwischen drin einmal Pause da das doch recht warm wird sonst. Hummus von zwei Handvoll Kichererbsen wird sämig. Ich gebe mittlerweile kein teures Tahin sondern direkt geschälten Sesam mit rein. Tomatenaufstich aus getrockneten Tomatenaufstich und auch Paprikapaste werden toll. Auch eine Tomatensuppe oder Smoothies kann man für eine Person machen. Mandelmilch mache ich aus 600ml Wasser und Mandelmus. Dafür reicht es gerade so noch. Allerdings: Für Pesto für einen ist auch dieser Aufsatz immer noch zu groß. Der große Aufsatz ist bei uns nur mehr sehr selten im Einsatz. Nachteilig. Feste Dinge kleben gern unterm Messer fest und müssen herausgeschabt werden. Da hilft auch das Spülen lt. Anleitung nicht. Ein sehr schlanker Teigschaber und eine Spülbürste helfen hier, auch mit einem LatteMacchiato Löffel bekommt man Dips gut heraus.

I've been using a Vitamix for over a decade. I have the 2L tall wet container and the 0.9L dry container. I originally thought the dry container could also be used for juice, smoothies, or pastes, but the results are completely different. It's really not the same as a wet container. I really wanted a small wet container, so I decided to order one. I bought it from Amazon Warehouse, so it was a returned item or something similar. The result? I'm very happy. The performance is perfect, and the cost value is great for me. If you don't have a big budget, an Amazon Warehouse product might be a very good option.

Habe hier bei Amauzon am 23.10.18 noch 110 Euro gezahlt, jetzt über 190 Euro. Nicht schlecht, die Inflation... Das Produkt selbst ist hervorragend, stabil, Boden unter dem Kunsttoffgehäuse aus Metall, ebenso das Zahnrad. Die Messer zerkleinern genau wie beim Großen Behälter Alles, auch bei Himbeerkernen findet die Kernspaltung statt ;-) Für den Preis jedoch bekommt man schon so manch ein gar nicht so schlechtes Komplettgerät. Was ich noch schade finde, dass es für nachbestellte Behälter statt 7 nur 3 Jahre Garantie gibt. Deswegen "nur" 4 Sterne.
