Great product, bad reviews are people who don't read/understand instructions
Please ignore most of the low reviews who clearly don't understand how it works.... It auto shuts off when there's no water left in the bottom. You only add how much water you need. Or you switch off the wall plug if you added too much. It doesn't take long to work out the volume of water needed for your bottles. It also obviously needs cleaning and descaling from time to time, like any water-filled product would, otherwise it may heat the limescale or spilled milk and cause smoke etc.... It's very quick to warm bottles and easy to set up. We ended up with two, one downstairs and one upstairs for night feeds, and will be using them again for our second baby as they were a godsend.

Perfect for traveling
It's a good bottle warmer, quite fast and easy to work out. Water quantity needed is quite small, always check that the water (or food) is not too hot as first times amounts of water we put in are usually too much. We bought it for traveling purposes and it worked wonders. Instructions say that the bottles and jars must be resistant to temperatures of at least 100degrees celsius, so not suitable for polyethylene (PE) bottles or breast milk bags. Check the material of your bottles first. Only low point is that it cannot be stopped once on, it has to be unswitched, which means that next time you switch it on it will follow up with the heating... But it's not a big deal for water warming, as if too hot you can always add some cool water. Pretty happy with the purchase.

WARNING- inadequate temperature control
I would advise anyone who is thinking of buying this product to understand how the product operates first. This is a terrible product if you are looking to warm up baby bottles to a safe temperature to give to baby quickly and easily. It works by turning water you add to steam. The temperature that the contents are warmed to depends upon the volume of water you add - the instructions give a guide but say trial and error is required. For example to warm 150ml of fluid in a wide neck bottle from room temperature to body temperature it recommends 22ml of water is added. The product does not come with any measuring device - how does one easily measure 22ml if water? During my trial and error I found that I usually heated the bottle contents up to dangerous levels meaning I’d have to cool the bottle in a jug of cold water - or the contents were too cold. I find this ridiculous and frankly can’t understand all the good ratings on Amazon - which the reason I purchased this model. I will be returning it and getting the tommee tippee bottle warmer.

It works but it’s not ideal
Like everyone else it seems, I’ve encountered the same issues. As soon as I plugged it in, it starts boiling - the button does nothing. I tried measuring the water but ended up with the liquid at 60 degrees, so clearly this is going to have to be monitored during use as it showed no signs of switching off like the box claims. I bought a matching bottle so I could be sure it fit ok, which it does but due to it boiling the water it spits water so be careful when using. Thankfully the bottle I bought has a colour changing temperature indicator so teamed with a thermometer I can at least be sure to not over heat the liquid. I wanted a warmer as I found juggling hot & cold water to try & get the right temperature meant I was constantly adding water then adding powder trying to get the right consistency and making too much so now I can make it & warm it up instead. For what I need it for, it’ll do, but it’s not ideal given it’s not the cheapest on the market and the reason I bought this was because none of the warmers seem to come with a bottle, so I had no idea if any bottle I bought would fit and I found the warmer & a bottle by the same brand so figured they would work together. It feels like this could be better & that there is clearly a lot of faulty stock out there which this company should address as this can’t be a one off issue & suggests it’s been a poor design from the get go. I assume it’s supposed to switch off when it effectively boils dry but that seems a bit of a risk to me, so I’d not trust it to be left unattended & will let it run for a minute & then check the temperature with my thermometer before using the liquid as there seems no way to monitor the temperature via the warmer. So, it’ll do, but is disappointing. UPDATE: After a few uses I’ve worked out how to use this item. Not all of the issues have now magically been rectified - it still doesn’t have an accurate way of managing the temperature etc but now I’ve sussed out what I’m doing. So, if you fill the device with water before switching it on at the wall, it kicks in as soon as you do. If you power it up empty then it is off until you push the button. If you have a smaller amount of water in it then you may need to hold the button for a few seconds to get it to register. The button only turns the device on, there is no off option aside from the wall plug. You have to calculate the exact amount of water needed to heat your liquid to the desired temperature. Assuming you don’t change the amount of liquid requiring heating or the temperature you heat it from (refrigerated versus room temp for example) then in theory this works. The reality is it’s not a good method. When the water has effectively boiled dry, the unit turns off. So basically it’s not a well thought out design but turns out to a degree that it does what it says on the box. Which, given the box has minimal instructions on it, is not really a hard achievement.

This is a great product. I've read some reviews of similar products ...
This is a great product. I've read some reviews of similar products and find some of the issues people have with these completely baffling. These work by evaporating a small amount of water under the bottle, and you gauge how much water to use based on the size, temperature and volume of liquid in the bottle. So if your using a 150ml bottle with 100ml in it and its just been taken from the fridge then for us that means 30ml water in the machine and about 90 seconds to heat up the bottle and milk. If the bottle is room temperature then 20ml of water in the machine and your good to go in 60 seconds. These devices do not have an off switch they automatically switch off when the water has evaporated at which point provided you have used the correct amount of water then it switches off automatically. I'm using Dr Browns in this, and it has a little basket and baffle (To close the gap between basket and bottle) so when its finished you lift the basket out. Its very simple and my Wife picked it up on first time use. It also looks very smart.

Perfect!!!
One of my best buys EVER! Really is 90 seconds to warm up food. Not sure about bottles as we bought for food. Portable! Small! Efficient! Wouldn't be without now. Some people have said its hit and miss getting the amount of water right as it switches off only when the water has evaporated...I use a medicine cup for the water and have found the right measurement for the 2 size jars using trial and error, which really only took a few attempts at the beginning. Definitely worth it, quick and easy with no more guessing.

Cold or too hot!
Ours does not turn off at 90 seconds therefore we have to guess when this is ready each time, it’s either too cold baby won’t drink any or too hot we have to start again, very disappointing

Tut was es soll!
