I found that the bush on my router was deeper than the jig, so on one side it was fouling the clamp and not giving me the full profile cut out. I didn't realise this unil I did a few locks and struggled to get the face plates to fit. If I'd have clocked it sooner I'd have ground a few mm from the bush, but it would be nice if I didn't have to. Its also quite tricky to line up the markings to the centre of the door, but it's just a bit of trial and error.
