**Q: How high are the arms when the chair is in the highest position?**
A: Thank you for having an interest in Neo Chair product.

The armrest's highest point from highest position is 29'' from ground level.

**Q: I need a replacement left arm for this chair.  Can I purchase just the arm?  Mine broke.**
A: After several attempts to contact the Seller of this chair and receiving no response from them after 2 weeks Amazon went ahead and refunded my money. Then on the 3rd week the seller contacted me and wanted me to return the chair to them and once they received the faulty chair they would send me a replacement chair. I told them that Amazon had already refunded the full price to me and told me to keep the chair and do whatever I wanted with it and it is now in the Dump. You can try to contact the Seller but expect them to take up to 3 weeks to respond to your email.
