According to the nutrition facts on their website, each mint weighs a total of 0.6 grams, and 0.5 of those grams consist of xylitol.  It's the main ingredient.  So each mint is five-sixths, or about 83% xylitol.  If you're curious, the second ingredient is calcium lactate, which according to Wikipedia (based on some caries research), is added to sugar-free foods to prevent tooth decay. When added to chewing gum containing xylitol, calcium lactate increases the remineralization of tooth enamel.  The last three ingredients are gum arabic for texture, peppermint oil for flavor, and beeswax for the surface glaze.

Yes, I believe these mints will help with dry mouth.  They contain Xylitol which has a couple of good side effects: helping to prevent upper respiratory illness, and helping to prevent tooth decay (not like artificial sweeteners do - they just help prevent decay because they're not sugar).  Xlear also comes in a nasal spray, which I highly recommend.
