When I was in my teens I was able to have a bite out of my Bounty bar, put the rest on the side and it could last me a week. Fast forward 15+ years I quit smoking, and to fight the cravings I started eating A LOT of junk. Anything from sweets to crisps and so I ruined my natural balance. Over the next 5-10 years I put on 25+kg! My cravings, especially chocolate was so intense that I could not concentrate on anything until I had my “fix”. I could not go to sleep if I knew there was something still left in my cupboard, chocolate, candy bar, anything sweet. I just wanted more and more and more! I could not reason my way out of the cravings, even when adding a lot of healthy things into my menu. The battle with my will power ofter brought me to tears and ended up with a piece of chocolate. Then I bought these. It’s like a switch had been turned off!!! Now finally I’m able to get on with my life like a normal person with normal cravings. Obviously a healthy meal plan and exercise regimen will go with my weight loss journey it but I’m very far from being the sugar junkie I was. Truly amazing! Absolutely life changing for me!

I have found these reduce sugar cravings but I noticed if I don’t take before 12 dinner I have trouble sleeping at night. They are easy to swallow. Definitely not a waste of money.

Fabulous product

I bought these as I heard that Chromium is good for keeping blood sugar levels balanced (I suffer from sporadic episodes of hypoglycaemia). However after three days I ceased taking them as my usually well-managed acid reflux started acting up terribly. Two days later, it had calmed down again so I assume it was the Chromium supplement doing it, but I don't want to potentially make myself unwell again in order to prove the hypothesis!

I have been using this Chromium Picolinate by Solgar for years and years.. helps keep blood sugar under control ..have been purchasing from Amazon many times now.. always comes in good condition and well protected in bubble wrap....will continue my purchasing of this item from Amazon......
