We purchased this steam inhaler as my partner and I both have asthma and sinus problems. My partner also has Rosacea so anything that can clear her pores without chemicals is a bonus. She will only do this at evening she doesn’t has to go out as her skin gets red through the steam but it seems to help her so she will continue to use this product for her skin once or twice a week. I personally haven’t used this product yet but my partner has used for her sinuses as well but it is too early to say how much this steam inhaler is helping. It works well, but it is a reused one. I used it for 2 months 8 minutes a day. It stopped working and it produced a something like burning electrical part smell. It is very dangerous and may cause a fire. Don't buy it.

Haven’t used it too much yet, but seems a good bit of kit and very soothing for painful sinuses.

Had a little problem with the item but the seller got it sorted. The item work as described although it does get too hot sometimes to put my face in while the item is on. Otherwise, it works well.

Item really isn't fit for purpose, doesn't cover entire face so if you want to get sides/chin/forehead you have to do them all separately by tilting head, and you need to use a towel over your head to keep the steam where you want it. It doesn't open up pores at all, really doesn't steam the face. Totally useless item. I don't usually return items, but on this occasion, it's so inadequate I've sent it back to Amazon for a refund. If I could have given it no stars I would have done.

The power cable is ridiculously short, it barely reaches an average height table when right next to the power outlet. The construction is cheap and not worth the £22 I paid for it, never mind the supposed full price of £55. It does function ok though, it provides a small amount of steam that helped clear my sinuses.

Arrived on time.Very pleased with product. Product packed well and very easy to assemble,instructions included. I used this product within 30 minutes of it's arrival does everything it says. I am a very happy lady and would definitely recommend.

It arrived in plenty of time and works perfectly. I've used it a few times now. The face mask fits well. It turns off before it gets too hot so it's safe to use. I couldn't be happier.
