My set stays out all year with the cover on during the winter. We raise it off the ground on a row of bricks during the winter so that the bottom of the cover is off the ground. **Q: 5 year guarantee?? How do I claim please?** A: Hi I have since found out that if you contact the company through your original order they will ask you to send a photo. Once I had done this they then sent me a replacement. Hope this helps 😊 **Q: 5 year guarantee?? How do I claim please?** A: Go on line to customer services **Q: Does this have a frame or is it just material?** A: I have not got my garden furniture covered at the moment. It is all fabric, there is not any metal or any other frame,it is all material. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Replacement Cover for our Rattan Table and Chairs *by M***N on 3 June 2026* Excellent quality and fits the table perfectly. Looks really good and robust material should keep the table protected in the Winter. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Heavy Duty Cover *by A***S on 13 May 2026* Excellent quality, fits very well, looks good heavy duty material, could do with better tie downs ie end caps like shoe laces have ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent price great customer service *by C***R on 10 September 2019* This is a great product with excellent customer service, I had a problem with the cover and they replaced it with no questions asked. Like anything that’s left out to the weather it will run into problems (EG sunlight) I don’t care how uv rating it has it will still damage the material. I suppose if you paid double the price it might last longer ?. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/48537536-woodside-heavy-duty-waterproof-rattan-cube-outdoor-garden-furniture-rain](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/48537536-woodside-heavy-duty-waterproof-rattan-cube-outdoor-garden-furniture-rain) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-12*
