- Special aroma: salmon, shrimp, fish, meat, vegetables or other foods can be enjoyed on the cedar wood. The food gets an unforgettable aroma and remains particularly delicate and juicy
- Use several times: the set contains 4 pieces. The grill boards can be used several times if used correctly. Soak the cedar wood board at least 2 hours in advance to use the smoking board several times
- High-quality workmanship and quality: the cedar wood boards are planed on both sides and are suitable for all barbecues such as charcoal grill, smoker, kettle grill, electric grill and gas grill
- Instructions: Soak the cedar wood boards in water for at least 2 hours before grilling. When grilling, place about 5 minutes above the glowing charcoal until the board steams, then place the food on indirect heat (about 120 °C) and close the grill lid. A: Put the soaked plank on direct heat, close lid and leave for about 10 minutes or until it starts to smoke put on the neat or fish and then cook on indirect heat. Salmon fillets take 12 minutes tops and are FAB.
