They are good, not dark or bitter, just perfect. They work out more expensive than buying unshelled walnuts, but the time saved in shelling makes it just worth it … as long as they don’t go up in price.

Suitable for cooking
I bought these to snack on but unfortunately they do not tast nice enough for that. They are suitable for cooking and would taste fine in cakes but not on their own. I won't be buying them again but if you just want them for cooking they are a good buy. My value for money rating reflects that they were not good value for the purpose for which I wanted them but good value for cooking.
