Could these be stuck to a wall using wallpaper paste, for an alice in wonderlands themed bedroom?

I gave them as a present and they were hung of a wonderland christmas tree. But I would have thought there was no reason that they couldn't be wallpapered pasted to a wall they were of a good thickness - a good addition to a Wonderland Wall :D

how do you stick these on?

I used blu tac. It does peel off the back

Can these arrows come blank?

I have not found them blank. The phrases are fairly specific and cannot be easily covered.
