The Thermometer arrived well packed and quick and having it now used over Christmas I can say it's easy to use. It reads the temperature in seconds and after use it stores away neatly thanks to the folding metal probe.The only criticism I have is that the temperature guide printed on the back of the housing is so small that you can't read it. I did receive an after sales email which should have included a free temperature guide for printing out but one link showed marinade recipes (very good!) and the other prominent link is the unsubscribe one...

Easy to use, but,Printing on the back too small. Bought for barbecue, but used for Sunday roast. I will only eat well done meat, and this gadget has enabled me to eat well done meat which has not dried up. I would recommend it to any one barbecuing, and for general cooking. A good buy, wish I had bought one years ago.

Excellent product. Being in catering finding a thermometer that reads instantly has proved a bug bear, I finally found this product and can safely say with seconds of opening the oven door I have the temperature no long wait for the probe to get to the temperature, so good I have bought I second one, bigger than the pen options out there but beats them hands down .

Very good,does what it says

Used for the first time on a sirloin roast joint and the result was perfection. Roasted to medium rare with just 45 mins in the oven. It's a tool I would always use again and again, worth every penny.

Easy to use and works well

Cooked lamb and beef for a dinner party over the weekend and for the first time I got it right without guessing and the embarrassment that comes with getting wrong - great product
