Fab little tool!! I’ve used it for lemons, cheese, garlic, and even chocolate, and it handles everything brilliantly without clogging. Good bit of kit but don’t use it if you’re not concentrating on what you are doing. Takes the skin off in a flash. It came with a flimsy cover that was more trouble than it was worth to get off and on so I just cover the top bit either tin foil and put it upright in a jar with my wooden spoons

An essential for any italain food night, which you can place on the table with your parmagiano or an esential to grate in lemon zest for all those lemon cakes. A great grater, hand held and easy to use rather than your normal buly greaters that take up too much space. This is compact, hand held and fits well in your cutlery drawer.
