If you are a teacher, this book is a must!
As a Pilates teacher, I have incorporated stretching into almost session. This book not only goes into the mechanics of stretching, but also how to safely stretch and why. Then it covers stretching all major body parts using the Reformer. Each exercise has photos and also shows what the bones, muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia are doing in the entire body, not just the target muscles. Fantastic!

Stretching? Yes. Pilates? Not necessarily!
Yes, it is about stretching that uses the Universal Reformer, but it does not stick to the Pilates choreography. I would have expected a book, that points out what to think and feel differently while doing the reformer workout. It is just a book about stretching that uses the Reformer as a setting. Not necessarily a "Pilates" book. And it has a very bad printing quality by the way. Pictures are disturbingly dark.
