**Q: Does the tap move from side to side or is it fixed?**
A: The curved top moves (push it to either side) to direct the flow around the sink. The taps rotate normally and the base is fixed to the sink.

**Q: The water taste weird, why would this be?**
A: My water tastes horrible through this tap as well. Its been a week and no better, did you ever get yours sorted?

**Q: What size valve are the taps, I need to replace the cartrage becuae its dripping**

A: Yes I believe it does as diameter of the brass cylinder is 31mm. Going by my worktop where I put the tap it is covering a 40mm hole

Somewhere in China they are turning these out in large quantities, and luckily they have got the design right. Well-made, nice-looking and well-priced. They are smaller than many other kitchen mixers, almost small enough to use in a wash basin too. How easy it will be eventually to replace the cartridges I don't know - I suspect you would end up replacing the whole unit. Wish these units would ship with at least one spare cartridge. Update a year later: the cold side cartridge seems to be on the way out - tap dripping. Hot side so tightly screwed in I can't remove it with small spanner. Advice: never buy cartridge taps without first ascertaining what cartridge they take and where to get it.
