Cookies and Cream

Just thought I would leave a positive review to help others as was weary of all the negative reviews prior to purchasing. This arrived today was completely sealed and intact weighed the correct amount no issues. Also no issues mixing mixed really easily with skimmed milk. Taste not like cookies and creams but is pleasent and easily drinkable. Good value at £40 with amazon voucher must be cheapest thats easily available cant go wrong at £10 a KG.

I put in the blender: 250ml water 250ml milk 2 scoops SP cookies n cream 1 tsp honey 5g creatine monohydrate And it tastes like ice-cream! 👌🏼

Was sceptical at first as reviews were mixed. However, package arrived intact, unlike some of the reviews with split boxed which was great. I've never used this company before I used to use my protein and then amazon's own brand amfit but cost increases, made me want to try elsewhere. So for the money and protein servings I cant complain. Its the cheapest on the market. Soke reviews say the taste is horrible however, I think its okay, not the best by a mile but its okay and the main thing for me is getting protein intake in. Also you get what u pay for. Protein also mixes okay, I use a regular shaker cup with metal mixer ball inside does the trick. All in all pretty decent product on a budget and will consider purchasing again after I'm done.

DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK! It is advertised as Whey Protein, it is not, it is SOY PROTEIN. It is extremely unpleasant, doesn't mix well, has slimy lumps in it, tastes awful and smells bad. I opened this one, but the Strawberry is still sealed, but I cannot return it, I have been around and around, it appears that if they trick you, you stay tricked! . This is a rip-off. I will never buy from this Company again, I strongly suggest that you avoid them too!

Now for the honest bits: Taste: It’s… alright. Not terrible, not amazing. More “functional” than enjoyable. Mixability: It can be a bit clumpy or slightly gritty unless you use a proper shaker or blender Ingredients: It’s not the cleanest—contains soy, sweeteners, and some fillers—so it’s more of a budget blend than a premium whey That said, if your priority is getting your protein in without spending a fortune, this does the job really well. I have been using my cookies and cream flavour for a few weeks now. Never had a problem mixing it in a shaker. 24 grams of protein per scoop, put that scoop into water and I agree, tastes like cack. But, half water and half milk and it becomes a tastet drink and much more tolerable, you can get used to that. I have had some other whey proteins, they can all taste bad to be honest, but for a drink to down to get that protein in, it's fine. Another reviewer pointed out that it has a low carb ratio. This product is comparable to the diet wheys, good to aid weightloss while building muscle. I will buy again for sure.

I was a little concerned and sceptical because of the low price (whilst on offer) and of some of the lower rated reviews...however I am really pleased to say this product is excellent. Easy to mix, great tasting and fabulous value for money. I am in no way sponsored or paid for this review or product.. I’ve always been very lean but low on actual mass. Finally took the step to get to the gym within the last couple of months with some persuasion from my best friend who’s been going for years. He uses this stuff and recommended it to me to support protein intake and to supplement my diet. I take two shakes per day with 2 scoops in each, sometimes mixing with a scoop of creatine powder / sweetener like sugar or honey. Coupled with the training and newbie gains I can say that this stuff definitely helps with that muscle repair and growth, and tastes great too. Will probably go for another tub when I eventually run out of this stuff - great value for money too. If you wanna bulk more then serious gainz would probably be more beneficial but still has high protein content also!
