However, I would confidently say between 60g-80g - but you wouldn't want fill them to the brim. They easily take the contents of one of the standard spice bottles you buy in supermarkets. **Q: Does anyone know if this is 'food grade' stainless steel** A: I don't think for the price paid it could be 'food grade' stainless steel! **Q: does the inner lid stop the spices from spilling, even if it got knocked about a bit? I like the small size as it fits neatly in my spice cupboard.
