This is my second hoop the first one I received, I used for a few days when my daughter had a go and like it. She also notice a difference in my waist and wanted to know what I had been doing, told her about the hoop now she has my hoop hence I had to get another one. I use the hoop most days and I've lost an inch from my waist, I was also able to take it on holiday and I went to see my younger sister and she used the hoop and now she has one. My other daughter she felt a differance and her hoop arrived a couple of days ago. The gym I go to is soon to start superhoop classes,in a couple of weeks, so looking foreward to the class. This is a very good core exercise and a lot of fun a little sore when first using and I've had a few bruises,but it's well worth the first few days of pain if that is what you want to call it. When you see your waist line appearing, in just aweek as I did. So if you are just thinking will I or won't I, just get the hoop and have fun and see your waist line changing, in just a short time. Absolutely fantastic... Buy one now! Reading the other reviews it is probably worth saying (though to me it's obvious) that this is a piece of gym equipment...therefore start off with light and move up the weights. Otherwise you'll buy something you use a few times and then leave in the cupboard because it will tax you! I am quite experienced at hoola-ing so bought both the middle and heavy hoops since I use one at the gym thrice weekly as part of my fitness regime. The middle is fine for me for the moment FAR heavier than the one in my gym... ! (This is a good thing, it's a challenge.) And as I say, although experienced, the first use was an eye opener ...no bruising but you definitely know you have used it. I thought it might be too large - 100 cms - (I'm 5,2") but no it's fine. So, this is a brilliant piece of fitness kit, not a toy. Buy it and get back that waist (and flat stomach!) I hear British women are losing! As to the foam coming off, can't see it happening myself if you are wearing a gym kit (soft clothes) but jeans' studs and belts could damage it I suppose. If you have forgotten how, or never hooped before, buy a kid's one to practice (they are under a £5 in toy shops) and when you can do at least 20 rotations, switch to the lowest weight. You'll be so pleased you did. Great product, well presented, easily fits together... amazingly speedy delivery: 10 out of 10 all around.

Fit For PurposeABSOLUTELY! Much more fun than doing 30 minutes of crunches!!! I do this for around 5 minutes most mornings & I do think my waist has trimmed down a little from it. I am planning on doing it for 20 minutes as advised in the booklet as I think this would make a big difference. You can just do it whilst watching TV! I hadn't done it for years but it was easy to get the hang of! Is a little too large for me, I'm only 5ft3! I had to take out one link, which I know will refuse the weight but I works better for me this way.That being said, you can feel it working your stomach. I've also noticed a change in my posture since using it, I now naturally stand straighter. The main thing I love about his is the fact that you can do it anywhere - I usually do it while watching tv. You'll be surprised how the minutes fly by. It's a really nice, low impact, alternative to some "at home" workouts. I pair this with skipping and weight training for my fitness regime, but it'll work with anything.My advise: get past the intntial pain (it doesn't hurt exactly, it just aches and pushes into your stomach in a way you're not used to). Start with 1 minute, twice a day. Then aim for 2 minutes, once a day. Then three, then four, then five. Keep building it up and don't try and endure it for the full workout, it isn't worth it. You'll come out of it with bruises and pain, trust me.Be calm. Be sensible. The hoop will do the work.

Hoop was easy to use and assemble. I am disappointed that the foam surrounding the inner core has already had a few tears in it where I have dropped in or knocked into something while using it. I have had to glue tears to prevent them worsening. I like the hoop but would hesitate to buy next level.

I really like this product.It's great because it comes apart for easy storage and is foam covered so not so painful!I did get some lovely bruises on my hips the first four times I used the hoop - but that was expected. Now I use it with no problem.I would recommend getting the level 1 hoop first as there is a big difference between that one and this one. Even though I could use the level 1 non stop for over 10mins at a time when I started on the level 2 I found it really difficult as it is much heavier (which is a good thing ) but I now have got the hang of it again.It's a great workout for the waistline.Also delivery was very prompt!

This arrived super quickly!I purchased another hola hoop from another seller, but I really couldn't do it( I was a complete beginner at hola hooping). I got a friend to show me where I was going wrong one afternoon and it's was the hoop not me, it was far too light.So I purchased this slightly heavier one (the orange one) from this seller and now I am able to hola hoop like a pro! After some practice admittedly, but so much easier with this weighted hoop.I love this hoop because you can build and in build it easily depending on where you need to store it, and it's adjustable in size also.I've lost 3lbs already in the weeks it's arrived!

I am 6 foot 5 in and almost 300 pounds. I was not able to manage to get the thing to stay up so far at least. I feel like I need a bigger diameter, but it’s a very nice product, I’m just not sure a beginner can jump into it and get it to spin very long. Not sure what I’m doing wrong, it may be too small for me

Echt prima kwaliteit. Eerder de 1.2 kg aangeschaft. Nu een klasse hoger qua gewicht, 1.5 kg. Hoepel bekleding met zacht schuin, prettig in gebruik.
