Just a word of caution the edges and quite sharp and should not be used with non stick products and can scratch Analon.But its a good product that will probably last forever!

Another great item from wusthoff, love the whole collection its a good size for fish fillets. Also really handy when you need to be a bit more delicate with picking up food 😀😋

Still wish they did the slotted one but it’s such a great stand-by, have had my other one for 20 years and still use it even though it’s been burnt at work one too many times and part of the handle has cracked near a rivet. If you are a home user this is extremely unlikely to happen to you even if you do have it for that long.

Insanely good. Don't mess with cheaper ones as long as you have a pan hard enough to take it. It's great on my Le Creuset and I'm sure a plain cast iron would also be perfect, but obviously not for non-stick or the more delicate enamel pans.Yes it's expensive but it's likely to be passed down to your grandchildren so consider the cost across the next several decades against the hundreds of times you'll probably find yourself thinking "Damn... that's a good tool".

Bought this for my son and he uses it all the time. He keeps telling me it's the perfect size.

Muy práctico

I find myself reaching for and using this spatula quite a lot and not in the way I thought I would. Yes, it's great as a regular spatula for saying lifting a biscuit or cookie from a cookie tray, but I use it for say picking up some chopped parsley or onions into a bowl. Yes I know you can do this with the edge of your knife, but being an offset spatula, it's easier to do so and you're not going to risk cutting your finger on the knife's edge when you're trying to scrape off the stuck parsley on it, which I did once. It's also really well made (as we've come to expect from Wusthof products). A little pricey, but you can be sure it will look as good forty years from now as it does today. I can say that because I've had some Wusthof knives and spatulas for over forty years since I bought them. You won't regret buying it. Recommended.
