O.M.G. if you have thin/sparse hair and are seeing far too much hair on your brush, AND have tried everything else, PLEASE use this brand, it is absolutely amazing! My hairdresser gave the death knell to my hopes of thick and lustrous hair at 79, and I had tried so many things, so this was my last go after seeing an ad on the television. Absolutely can not overpraise Plantur 39 Tonic as so many people have seen the difference in my previously thin hair, in only a matter of weeks. Before Plantur I could not have ever counted the number, actual handfulls, of hair on my morning/evening brush, but now after three months I can take them off the brush and count 15-20 instead. I hated being able to see my pink scalp through my grey hair, but now that simply does not happen. I started using it every evening before bed, which is recommended, but now there are times when I am too tired and skip it, knowing that the thickness and strength are not going to disappear overnight, deep joy!!! It works out about £10 a month used every day...nothing like what I have spent on hairdressers and other so-called remedies over the years. I can only speak for myself but I can not ever do without this wonderful product.

It lasts too, it is now beginning of June, I bought my first bottle February . I use it day before I wash my hair, using it around hairline and from hairline down back, making sure I spread all over scalp, then massage scalp, and use a plastic brush or comb for curly hair (comb with gapped prongs gentle not breaking hair, but helps to spread through hairline. Not saturating through the hair just scalp wetting. Iam pleased, now buying another bottle.

This product is really all it represents to be. I am a woman in my 70's and since using this product my hair has more bounce than it ever has. A bottle lasts approximately 3 months, so it is economical to use. I am an ash blonde with a lot of very fine hair, so if it can help me to better looking hair than I have ever had, it can improve the quality and look of anyone's hair. I have no hesitation in recommending this product as a must have for anyone over 40!

I like this tonic. I used the Alpecin version before, but I think this is better. I started losing my hair at 22, not nice. But with a good regime of medication, transplant, and quality, "science"-driven products, things are just about acceptable, and it's been many years since. This tonic helps my hair by making it ever so slightly thicker and possibly prevents excessive shedding. It leaves little to no residue, doesn't clump my hair, I like it.

Product has pleasant smell,easy to use and yes I feel it does work as in making a difference to hairs strength, good value for money as well

I only use the tonic and I'm happy with the condition of my hair. It is thinning less due to regular daily use, there is defo less on the comb. I don't use the shampoo but that is due to cost rather than performance. I can't get both so chose to use the tonic daily at night and wash with my usual shampoo and conditioner every other day.

I think this is actually starting to work .. hair is already starting to feel a little thicker .. I’ve just added it to my parting & hair line as find the scent a bit overwhelming.. I wish I’d bought the shampoo as might’ve been easier to use - but this doesn’t take away from what seems to be progress in hair thickening

I’m not sure if this works or not as I don’t use it consistently. I love the smell of it. I use it because reviews say it works.
