I bought this as an autistic adult to chew on when I get overstimulated, I can chew on it quite hard and not break the surface. It had a medical smell on first opening, but I washed it with toothpaste and hot water and the smell soon subsided. It is larger than I expected. The ring has a diameter of 8cm at its outermost edge which is a perfect size for me.

Great for a key chewer baby
Bought as part of a gift for my niece after being told she often steals my sister's car keys to chew so this seemed the reasonable solution. They're very cute and soft and make a lovely teether/toy. She does still steal and chew the car keys but I think that's an issue with the child not the fake keys...
