Sweet tasting

Nice preworkout boost. I notice the difference. I mix with apple juice and dilute to 150ml as the taste is strong but prepare it like I have above and it's fine. Takes about an hour to kick in and a couple for full effect. Bigger pump, more power with nothing nasty in it.

Seem to work well especially in the build up to events. The probably only downside is the price

It was my first time buying this product and it arrived more brown looking than I expected but I just assumed this was the normal colour as I had never tried them before. They tasted pretty gross, however I’ve ran a few PBs since taking them so I do think they work. I went to buy another , however after seeing other customers review photos it looks like I got sent a bad batch originally! I have since re-bought from X Miles directly and will not be buying this product from Amazon again. Photo shows product from Amazon (top one) which is brown, compared to product bought else where (bottom one) which is deep red in colour. Be careful!!

Tasty and with a lot of energy in a small quantity of 75 ml. Till now the best for the blood I found. Unlike red berries, which may contain iodin and be problematic, this drink is entirely safe. The only thing to be aware of is it may decrease blood pressure - in which case it's better to not drink it daily.
