Arrived quickly. Tracking item was superb was able to follow it to my address. Delivery men did a super job at getting into my flat. The machine was a very heavy model so we'll done. Was well packaged. It was easy to install following instruction on leaflets supplied. Like all the different programmes that are available and is energy efficient. Due to its size ( slightly deeper than my old machine but that was not a problem as we checked our sizes before ordering) washes duvets what a bonus. Tried a wash was very quiet. Looks lovely in the kitchen and pleased with the quality of the machine. We will not hesitate in ordering again in the future as it was a great price. Thank you

Fantastic washing machine I just got one of these and I love it! It's super easy to figure out, even for someone like me who hates reading manuals. My clothes come out clean every time, and it's pretty quiet too. It's a good size for a normal household, not too big or small. I've been using it for everyday laundry and haven't had a single issue. Honestly, I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a simple, reliable washing machine. It's just a fantastic machine overall.And very efficient and value for money with various programs

The delivery and fitting was disgraceful!!! They rushed it so quickly, didn’t speak to me almost to the extent that they were rude. The next day I went to put the machine on and found the instructions. They were soaking wet in the bag they came in and the staples in them were rusty! The signed for “job delivery” paper was dated 2019!!! I wondered if it might be a second hand machine but I didn’t want to complain as these people may have had to come back and I was concerned they had my address. Thankfully the machine appears to work well so I’ve let the upset go …

My previous machine was a Bosch which served me well for 10 years, so I was hesitant to switch brands. I chose the AEG due to its slightly larger load capacity (10kg). Installation was relatively easy and the first 3 washes worked fine, although the machine seemed to vibrate more than expected when spinning.The fun started just over a week later when the machine stopped and displayed an error code indicating an internal leak. I assumed it was just a glitch and did the obvious - turned it on and off, but after several attempts it refused to clear the fault code and restart. I checked the inlet hose and outlet/waste pipe and everything was dry.It suggested tilting the machine to empty the water from the internal tray, I assumed nothing would happen as it was brand new, however that was not the case! There was quite a bit of water spilling out when tilted!I called Amazon and they told me I was being directed to AEG technical, I was then on hold for over 1 hour and then the line went dead! Frustrated, I decided to get a refund and the machine was returned.In these instances it is very tempting to award just 1 star, but to be fair it was a nice machine, I liked the digital interface, in fact the overall look of the machine was very stylish. The spinning cycle was excellent and produced almost dry washing. I think I was unlucky and I'm sure there are many happy customers who have had no issues.I now have a new Bosch, which hopefully will last several years.
