If the surface is waxed but, with dust carried by rain, can this be applied and wiped with microfibre or, will the car need washing first?

I've used it before to do a waterless wash on panels where I needed the panels clean to remove scratches after someone scraped them in a car park. Just be careful of any significant bits of dirt as you might cause some minor scratches but keep it lubricated with detailer and keep swapping the cloth around.

Does this show up scratches? all qd i use seem to make scratches stand out, opposed to hide like meguirs quik wax.

I have to admit I haven’t noticed it showing up scratches but my car only had a few very feint ones. I like it, gives the car a great finish; certainly on metallic grey.

Can i use this product after iv had a 3 year ceramic coat applied by a professional detailer thanks

Yes I use it as an aid to remove water after rinsing car down, leaves a little protection on top of the ceramic coating although AF also do a spray containing ceramic now as a final detail stage

Does it bring up scratches or leave them be? QD keep showing them up, any black car users?
