Thank you coal tar!
I have had Psoriasis on my forearms and calves for around 20 years. A work colleague bought me Psoriasin ointment that is only available in the US. This all but cured the symptoms within days using morning and night. Unfortunately I cant get it in the UK so tried Exorex. I use it once a day, small amount to the affected area and it has not returned. If I dont use it starts to slowly come back. No adverse side affects in the 3 months since I started using Psoriasin to now when I'm exclusively using Exorex. Skin is still reddish on my calves but does not itch at all. My forearms show no sign. Having spent many years trialling various steroid based creams from the doctor, none of which were a long term solution and had varying levels of success from none to some short term relief, I am amazed.

SO FAR, SO EXCELLENT!
I have a few small but very persistent patches of psoriasis on my arm, one of which is significantly larger and has been around so long it has become quite thickened. I have tried so many creams and lotions on it over the last year or so, with varying degrees of success. I'm pleased to say that after only a few days of use, Exorex with its coal-tar content appears to be making a real difference. The large thick patch is now around half the size and is definitely less red and dry - the smaller patches also seem to be receding, to the point where several of them have now blended into the normal skin. I am very encouraged. I use the lotion in the morning and the evening - in the evening I let it dry and as Exorex is quite runny and not 'rich' I then use a really thick moisturising cream on top - this belt and braces approach seems to be working well.

Good Old Fashioned Remedy
Old school smelly lotion but it works. Easy to apply, dries in seconds and the smell wears off after couple of minutes. Cleared arms, elbows and torso but not a stubborn patch on my back. Bought 2 as I ran out quickly. Would recommend for plaque psoriasis. Good old fashioned remedy and steroid free!

It will work for some. It worked for me!
I have inverse psoriasis which affects all skin that touches other skin. I have had it for many years and it can become very sore. I have been prescribed cream from the doctor but it never works. I was at the end of my tether and my last tube of cream and because when I was young and in hospital with psoriasis they used coal tar preparations I thought I'd try and find one myself. This lotion is thin and lightly smells of coal tar, the smell disappears after application. I have been using it twice a day for 5days and the results for me are extraordinary. I showed my husband yesterday and he said "my god its gone". It hasn't actually gone but it is so pale its hardly noticible. I will keep using this and am so Glad I found it.

Hand Psoriasis - Excellent Product
I have used this on the quite extensive psoriasis on my right hand and it has improved it by 90+% The cracking has gone, along with the pain and I barely notice it when I use a moisturizer. I started using it just a week ago, it arrived on Saturday, now it's the following Friday. I have used it 3 times every day, but pour it out sparingly. There are 100 mls only and the amount that covers a little mail is about a 1 ml, so there could be say 30 days use. I will keep on using it until it (hopefully) is completely gone and then for a while after that. I think its important to use it several times a day, as directed. John Bates

Soothes the itch
I am suffering quite badly with a flare up of palmoplanter psoriasis at the moment and I hate the salic ointment that I have prescribed so looked for something a little more natural. This seemed to tick all the boxes when I read the reviews and I was excited for it to arrive. Sadly I am a bit disappointed, the lotion didn't work for me, I definitely got some relief from the itching but that was all. Maybe I was expecting too much and maybe my flare up is too advanced for this to work. It is quite expensive too.

Don’t buy it; look elsewhere for other products with sellers who communicate properly.
Bad quality and seller does not allow any return at all. I don’t recommend it at all; if you have any issues with the product or it’s not good, you’ll be stuck with it.
