On the heating pad the lights are white and blinking when i want it to heat up and its not heating. I charged it for 5 hours im not sure what to do?

Maybe there’s a fault somewhere. When it’s all blue the charge is complete. Make sure you’re pressing the right buttons for the heat mode and not the vibration mode.I charged mine overnight when I received it. I

How can i turn the lights offwhen is use? No reason to have a light show around my mid-section

I don’t think the lights turn off. I suggest to wrap a small towel around the device, it covers the lights and protects your skin from burning. With out wrapping the device I actually burned my abdomen and got blisters in a short amount of time (even though device already wasn’t directly touching my skin, it gets that hot)
