Replaced our old iron with this and so far I have nothing put good things to say, easy to set up and feels good quality even at unpacking. Heated up pretty quickly around about a min with no issue once it once on. No burnt clothes so far and no sticking that I have seen. length on the cable is about 1.5m and the hose to the iron is about a 1m long. Good water capacity got through a family of 4 and all our holiday clothes without the need to fill up. Overall would buy again if needed.

Brilliant iron, lightweight but cuts through my ironing in no time . Produces plenty of steam for stubborn creases. Great value too.

This iron does exactly what you would want an iron to do and does it quite well. I got better results with this steam generator iron than any conventional steam iron I've used before. At first I was concerned about the lack of a water jet but soon discovered that, with the power of a steam generator iron, that feature isn't necessary. This results in an iron that's sleek, has fewer controls and is simple to use. Users needn't be concerned that the power cord, combined with the hose supplying the water, will make things difficult. The flex doesn't twist and has plenty of length to reach the end of larger ironing boards. Aesthetically the product is OK. There's noting to wow you but its an iron. The handle would look better if it folded down to be flush with the main body but that's just a personal gripe and doesn't affect its functionality in any way. I would however like to see a few things incorporated into the design, like, a handle that when extended, locks the iron into place to prevent it from being accidentally knocked of its stand. The main body's base would benefit from being slightly larger so it would sit more stably across a wider range of ironing board end plates with perhaps a means of attaching the device securely to them. A simple adjustable, rubber band arrangement could work quite well. That said, at this price point, I think what you get is rather good value for money.

So disappointing. Thiss appeared to tick all the boxes, looked good quality, 100gms steam, decent price. I had a Russel Hobbs one before which had only 60gms, so thought this would be a major step up. But the Tower one has very inconsistent steam. Once it had warmed up, if you held the steam button, it would take up to 9 secs to get up to full steam, but then couldn't hold that pressure and went up and down in output. Not only that, it doesnt have autostop (which the Russel Hobbs did). As soon as you press or release the button, the Russel Hobbs started and stopped the steam immediately. With the tower, even after you released the button, it kept pumping out steam, which is dangerous. Not only that, as you turn the iron up on Friday it's end, a huge amount of steam shoots out! Wish it did that while it was ironing the clothes!!! Had to return it in the end. Need more of these irons that actually stop and start the steam immediately when touching the steam button.

For the price of this product compared to more well known brand names it has some great features. In terms of the ironing performance, the iron heats up quickly and produces steam within a few minutes. The tank lasts for a long time (I used less than one tank ironing one load of very thick 100% cotton sheets which would have taken two on my last steam generator). The iron itself is heavy enough to give a good press to items but is still comfortable to use. The iron temperature is adjustable on the iron itself as opposed to the steam unit. Steam comes out at a lower rate like a regular steam iron but there is also a continuous steam button. The soleplate has a nice glide to it and the slim taper at the top of the iron makes it easy to iron details. Where this iron has most impressed me is design features which haven't been thought about on models way ahead of this in price. For example: -the cord of the iron is long enough that you can stand the generator on the floor while you iron, which is great because you don't need another table or try to balance it on the end of the ironing board. - there is space to neatly wrap the flex around the base so that it can be stored more easily - the iron sits very securely on the generator unit without the soleplate being in contact with the base - there is a handy carry handle which makes it easier to move around - the tank is completely removable from the generator unit which means you can fill it up directly from the tap and you don't come into contact with the steam. The only thing missing from this iron is a water spray, which I use very rarely and find it's needed less with a good steam generator anyway. I would rather save money and buy this model and a £1 spray bottle to use separately. If you are looking for a good quality, good value steam generator iron then I recommend you buy this.

I am really impressed with this steam iron. It heats up incredibly fast and the steam output makes ironing effortless, even on tough creases. The large tank is a great size, saving me from constantly refilling. I haven’t used the self-clean mode yet but am sure it will be great. I would highly recommended this.

I bought this iron to replace my reliable Bosch I'd had for over 10 years. I spent a long time researching between cheap ones and the ones over £250, reading all reviews, none of which had any with good 5 star ones and many with lots of 1 and 2 star, and visiting store which had them on display to assess weight.. I iron about once a fortnight, mainly mens cotton clothing and some bedding so couldnt justify the megabucks ones. This was the compromise , reasonable shot of steam and average reviews, with a reasonable price and easy return. I havent tried it yet and will update this when I do. I'd already downloaded the instructions from the tower site, so tried unpacking - the iron itself was in a plastic bag (Pic1) and locked onto the base plate. I had to re-read the instuctions to locate the "PUSH" button to release it but had to have help pushing them in as I needed 2 hands (Pic2) 2and couldnt lift the iron at the same time. They need quite firm, require even pressure. I have large hand for a women and they dont reach both sides at once to apply that pressure - guess what wont be in regular use!. There was no stickers on the soleplate and water in the base unit query Amazon return? It comes supplied with a 300ml jug to fill the base, which has a capacity of 1.5ltr. Someboby likes trip to the tap. There is a contradiction on whether it can be filled during use or has to be switched off and cooled when empty, between the website and the leaflet. The trouble shooting suggests checking water level is above min - there is no "MIN" marked, only maximum. I'm not sure how I can use it if the cord doesn't hang over the ironing board???? (pic3) There is something at the bottom of the base unit which does not appear mentioned on any of the paperwork of website, Ive no idea what it does or how vital it is to the operation of the unit. (Pic4) Odd. Im not sending it back yet as its neat and if it does the job worth the £59.99 I paid. There may be better deals form the manufacturer but I liked the free return element from Amazon.

Useless product, you cannot stand up the iron on the board, it has to be flat, the steam function has a mind of its own, not on demand steam, you press the button, wait a random amount of time then wooosh, it blows like a train. Leaks water as it heats up. Do not waste your money.

It came with a European plug….

من اول نظرة تظن ان الكاويه تنتج البخار بشكل مستمر ولكنها لا تنتج البخار على درجات الحرارة المنخفضة. فلا يمكنك كي الملابس السلكية بالبخار والا تسببت في حرق الملابس. وجودة الصنع فيها رديئة. وجدت كاويه لفيليس ازور تنتج البخار بشكل مستمر ويجد بها تقنية تمنعها من حرق جميع انواع الملابس، انصح بشرائها بدلا من هذه كون اسعارهم متقاربة.

اعتقد ان المراجعات ليست حقيقية لان المنتج جدا سيء و ويتسريب ماء من الجهاز وهذا خطير جدا ولاتصلح للكوي حتى على الاقمشىة الناعمة لم تعطي نتيجة مرضية وجاء المنتج بصندوق يبدو وكانه مستخدم او معاد اكثر من مرة لاتشتري هذا المنتج لم يسبق لي ان كتبت مراجعة ولكن هذا المنتج جدا جدا جدا سيء فكتبت هذا تعليق لانصح الاخرين بتجنبه
