Stakes hold up well in the garden
We are having deer issues in the neighborhood. I needed stakes to run some fish line to make a perimeter around the garden. These stakes worked great. Comes with gloves to handle the stakes. They were easy to install and included everything you need. They have held up well and I don’t think the deer have been munching on my plants. The stakes are green and blend in. I used two pieces to form one stake and the height is perfect.

Helpful but do break
Much better than other staking kits. Like all the pieces and options. Some have broken though rather easily and I am definitely using more t posts to stake dahlias. These did best to hold a shade screen and to tie dahlias individually to. Even w some breaking they’ve been very helpful.

Needs some improvements
Overall this is a pretty budget friendly option for wanting to customize your garden space. Most of it was pretty easy to work with and seems sturdy, however, there are definitely some aspects that are lacking and need improvements. First of which are those stupid rotary connectors. They. Do. Not. Rotate. I was only able to rotate less than half of them without breaking, and it took multiple minutes and a lot of finagling to for each one. It needs a major redesign. The little knob that connects them is very weak and will not effectively turn inside the other connector, causing the whole knob to break off. If you take them apart, you can only reconnect them the same way due to the neck of the knob being shaped differently when trying to connect them perpendicularly. The other thing is more of a quality control issue, the pole connectors will sometimes make the poles crooked. Which isn’t a huge deal, just swap it out with another one or if your project doesn’t require them to be perfectly straight. I think I had 2-3 crooked connectors out of all the ones I got. It can pose an issue if you’re using all of the connectors, however. The last thing is the material of which these poles are made out of, that being fiberglass. I do not have a whole lot of construction material knowledge, so I didn’t fully realize that fiber glass could leave tiny shards in your skin. The instructions do say to wear the gloves, but it didn’t say why. Which maybe it’s common knowledge to always wear gloves with fiberglass, but it wasn’t a piece of information that my brain held at the time. Using fiberglass for outdoor gardening use doesn’t seem like the best material to begin with, especially if there are kids who don’t know better or you just need to make a quick adjustment and can easily forget that you need to wear gloves. Perhaps adding a protective layer on the poles so you’re not exposed directly to fiberglass? I have not put these in my garden yet, so I cannot attest to how they withstand, but I will update if anything major happens.

Exposed fiberglass fibers and brittle connectors/clips
Fiber glass splinters everywhere. The rods have many exposed fibers. Thankfully, there were gloves included in the kit. The connectors and clips are showing stress marks. Each day the stress marks have become whiter. After 48 hours, two of the connectors have fractured. I did not use the tape on any of the connectors as that would have added even more stress. The rods are dry fitted together. For safety during assembly, wear eye protection as the clips can snap unexpectedly.

Hard to assemble
I didn't need a lot of supports and this kit was just right. Nice choice of fixtures and attachments. A warning to those who don't have strength in their hands, the clips that allow you to hook these bars together are difficult to connect. I've flipped them out into the yard and can't find some that went missing. The fill tape is handy. I like the idea. I just am unhappy that they are so hard to assemble. The little clips for holing the stems to the posts are good and work well. I still need to mess with these to get them to work or I will need some help from someone with strong hands.

Great flexible stake system
Extremely versatile stake system that I was in desperate need of for some tomato plants. Being able to clip these together, make them into whatever length I needed, and also have the included plant retainer clips makes for very flexible and easy to use system. Highly recommended.

An awesome purchase. Love it!
Helpful versatility. Durable: my stake structures survived 50 mph winds in a devastating storm. They have actually survived every single storm we’ve experienced. You can stack them, the accessories are awesome: you really do not need to buy anything else. It even comes with gloves!

Not fiberglass, OK but not very sturdy.
These were plastic coated steel tube not fiberglass. Not very sturdy when using the connectors, probably better off with one piece bamboo.

Simple install and useful
I literally kept these outside for 2 winters and the bars are still holding up. They also did great at holding up my acorn squash. A couple clips broke but thats my fault for leaving it outside lol

Great value compared to metal stakes sold at local retailers
I like the clips and extenders so I can really build a frame I want. It's very sturdy and can probably be used as a weapon. I like the clips, and I don't understand the comments/complaints about breaking supports - none of mine broke. The stakes are fiberglass - very hard. Keep in mind that if your skin is soft and tender, you should probably wear a workers glove or gardening glove. While pushing the stakes in with my bare hands I got some minor abrasion/micro-scratches - I couldn't see any visible damage but my hands/fingers hurt for a few days
