The sleeves are fairly short and would not hold many plates for heavier lifts. In my case, it is also very important to note that they do not fit all Olympic plates and I could not get them on mine at all, so the product is unusable for me. There is another review that noted this and I should have listened. Assembly is very easy and takes under 10 minutes. Helpful if you are looking for a raised bar (it shortens the range of motion considerably, some will want that and others won't (I find it a detriment since I like more range of motion). I would rate this considerably better if it actually fit all Olympic plates. I have tried my plates on several different olympic bars previously without issue and have owned them over 10 years. Edit: I am increasing my review rating due to excellent customer service. I was offered a full refund, no questions asked, once they saw that the products did not fit my specific Olympic plates. I will be happy to work with this company again in the future and can buy with confidence.

Easy to put together, seems sturdy enough. Don't use thick plates or a lot of small plates or you might run out of room. I, being 6'2, cannot do hex bar squats/deadlifts with full range of motion without a 6 inch platform to stand on, as the handles are too high off the ground. Aside from that it's effective.

Great addition to our gym. Very well-made piece of equipment. Fit my Olympic weights very well and very sturdy.

Easy to assemble. Use with rubber flooring so there's no damage to the handle finishings. Decide to buy this one because of the height of the grips due to ocassinal flaring of my lower back during regular bar deadlifts (still do them). But this bar does the the job. If you want to get lower, use iron plates stacking as much 35lbs as the sleeves can fit (when deadlifting). If for traps, rows or farmers walk, use the 45s or bumper plates as you wish.

We bought this thinking it would fit our Rogue Bumper plates. They do not fit them at all. We own another brand of bars that aren't Rogue brand and our Rogue fits their bar sizes. The assembly was easy and directions were wonderful.

The addition of this product to our home gym has been fantastic. My daughter was looking for something unique to diversify her exercise routine, specifically targeting deadlifts, shoulder lifts, and more. After discovering this item on Amazon, we were pleasantly surprised by its performance. Assembly was a breeze, and the included weight clips made it even more convenient. It has truly been a valuable addition to our gym.

Good solid trap bar so far, but I doubt the collar length would allow for much more than 4 plates on each side. If you dont use safety collars you might be able to get 5.

As described, easy to assemble. For the money, I got a great deal.
